Re-Upload Documents

This page is to be used when you have uploaded an incorrect document or we send an SMS to you requesting certain documents. Please ensure all documents are up to date and clear.

Your ID copy can either be a scan or picture. All text and your image must be clear and readable. If you have a smart card ID, we require a copy or photo of both the front and back.
Your selfie must be in a well lit area and not blurry. We need to clearly see your face and ID document.
We require 3 months bank statements with every application. The banks statements can either be a copy or photo of a bank printed statement. Or a downloaded bank statement from your smartphone banking app.
We require a clear copy or photo of your payslip, please ensure the entire payslip can be read. Payslips cannot be older than 1 month.
In the event that you have recently paid off a loan at another credit provider and your credit score has not yet reflected the status. Please provide us with a clear copy or photo of the paid up letter. The letter must be signed or stamped, and please note that we will call the credit provider to confirm the legitimacy of the letter.
From time to time, we may request an additional document/s from you. This will be in cases where certain matter may need to be confirm and this is not the norm. We will guide you on the SMS as to what exactly we require. Please ensure the copy or photo is clear.
